We use personal information to arrange and provide our mobile endoscopy service, communicate with veterinary practices and owners, maintain appropriate clinical and business records, manage invoices and administration, and meet our professional, legal, regulatory and insurance obligations. Our lawful bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests and compliance with legal obligations.
Who we share information with
Where necessary, information may be shared with the referring veterinary practice, the veterinary practice hosting the procedure, diagnostic laboratories and other organisations involved in the patient’s care. We may also use trusted service providers for secure data storage, email, electronic signatures, accounting, website hosting and IT support.
How long we keep information
We retain information only for as long as reasonably required, taking account of veterinary professional, legal, regulatory, financial and insurance requirements.
